[INTRO] - [DATE] - [RECORDINGS]

Recordings
The studio the tracks were recorded in was Gold Star Recording Studios, Hollywood, Los Angeles. Steven Roby stated in his book "Black Gold - The Lost Archives of Jimi Hendrix" that an acetate disc of "My Diary" exists on the "Gold Star" label, this is very likely a reference disc cut at the studios.

The engineer was "Doc" Siegel. His more well-known credits include among others recording part of Buffalo Springfields debut lp at Gold Star, creating sound effects for the soundtrack of "The Excorcist" and working on the tv-series "The Golden Girls".
